Who we are

Clipuno (https://clipuno.com) is operated by Zeus Agency FZE (https://zeusagency.org). Contact: [email protected].

What we store

Your email, name and hashed password (bcrypt); videos you upload or import; transcripts, clips and settings; tokens for connected social accounts (encrypted); usage records.

How we use your data

Only to provide the service: processing your videos, transcription, AI suggestions and publishing to accounts you connected yourself. Transcripts are sent to an AI service (Anthropic Claude) to pick clips and write post text; audio is sent to a transcription service if the server is configured that way.

Retention and deletion

Originals and renders are deleted after 30 days of inactivity, and immediately when you delete a project. You can disconnect a social account at any time; we then delete its tokens.

Access

Your files are private and only available to you through temporary, signed links.
